One price per company, set by manager logins

The limits, in plain words

• Trial. $0 for 30 days. No card. Up to 25 manager logins. You can load fictional sample data or import your own org chart.
• Logins. Logins go to managers, not to all staff. The lowest login is the front-line supervisor, so hourly staff don't need one.
• The step between plans. Team stops at 25 logins, and login 26 moves you to Company. We have no plan in between and no charge per extra login. A login is any active person who has a login of their own, including an invite that nobody has accepted yet. Vendor visitors and sample people don't count.
• Paying yearly. The yearly price is 10 times the monthly price.
• Enterprise. Over 100 manager logins, with contract terms once our terms are final. It's the same app, with no SSO, SOC 2 report or API. Ask for a quote.
• Leaving. A company admin can download the company's data at any time as one NDJSON file, with one JSON record on each line. The file suits a developer or another program, not a spreadsheet. It holds what that admin can read, so private notes other people wrote stay out. Reports download as CSV files.

When the trial ends

Here is what happens on day 31 today:

• The app. Your company admins see "Your trial has ended." Your company goes read-only. People can read everything, but nobody can make changes.
• Your data. Nothing is deleted, and no job removes an ended trial. We set no limit on how long the data stays. To remove it, a company admin asks to delete the company, which takes 30 days.
• Export. A company admin can still download the company's data.
• Staying on. To keep using the app after your trial, write to support@runhoshin.com. Your work stays in the same company.

In 30 days, you can import your chart, start A3s and hold one-on-ones. A pair that meets every four weeks meets once or twice, and you're unlikely to finish an A3. See what your company has to do.

Paying, renewing and canceling

Checkout isn't open, so nobody can pay yet, and the trial needs no card. We haven't settled cancellation, refunds, renewal, price changes, or paying by invoice or purchase order. If a payment fails, you get a grace period of 14 days. After that, your company goes read-only, the same as at the end of a trial. Before anyone can pay, we publish final terms that cover them and name the seller.
